I’ve only been a parent for 15 months, but I’ve already realized that a lot of things I was told would be true, well, are not. I’m so excited to bust some of these parenting myths with you on substack today.

  1. Discuss how you’d like to parent with your partner ahead of time so you can be on the same page: This is pure insanity!! I can’t believe I even attempted to do this. You have no idea how you two will parent until you become parents. The only thing you can do is choose your partner for their values and morals and assume the best. Adding a tiny human into the mix makes you have to work 3x to make sure you are on the same page in general.
